Reimagining more hopeful futures

I work relationally as a facilitator, systems thinker, coach, strategist and designer.

For over 15 years, I've been supporting leaders and organisations to build the capabilities for more regenerative systems across civil society, public services, funders and charities. Originally trained as an architect, I’ve worked with and within pioneering organisations including Project 00, Bond Future Dialogues, Funders Initiative for Civil Society, the Relationship Project, and Careful Industries.

I consult and collaborate widely. I’ve worked in the UK and internationally with the development sector, local governments, funders and charities. I am currently a Lecturer on the Design Innovation Masters Programmes at the Glasgow School of Art. From August, I will be Director of Systemic Impact at Big Change.
